Do you have a link to the AMEX requirements? Not my area of expertise but interested in the various exchange listing requirements. In fact if there is a comparison of NYSE, NASD, and AMEX listing requirements in the same link, that would be great.

That's not quite true. Under Standard 3, you need a market cap of $50 million, with no price or income requirement:

Only Standard 1 has an income requirement.
