I agree with you and was wondering if anyone had an idea why the additional 20M was not included. Also, I asked Dustin about the 7B and here is the response...

EXACTLY! and its all about transparency for people nowadays and if a company isnt transparent then we know how quick it can get put in that category. Sure capital raises are a given in otcland and big boards but at least with bid boards one can see any potential increases with s8 filings,form ds,sb2s,etcetc. When OS and float increase and investors arent in the know about it says alot imo.
