I agree with you and was wondering if anyone had an idea why the additional 20M was not included. Also, I asked Dustin about the 7B and here is the response...

"I reduced the AS to 1B during this reporting period, so the TA may not be aware of the reduction at this time.

You can verify the reduction with the State of Delaware, which is the ultimate authority."
