I based my "gagged" comment on all of the messages posted here from investors who could not get the latest share structure from the TA.

As evidence of that, we have not seen the 10 million shares that were issued on Aug 24 and have not seen the 20 million issued in Oct. posted on this board. If the TA was releasing the numbers, there's no doubt in my mind that someone would have posted the increase before the PR came out today.

Now we have someone claiming that the TA will respond in an email. That was tried before and if I recall correctly, the response email said to contact the company.

The poster who claims to have received the numbers by email says he was given the numbers on 10/22, but the numbers he posted didn't include the 20 million shares issued on 10/14 (according to the PR) eight days before the request. Also note the authorized share number.
