Imo only if you like tons of shares it is no problem, otherwise anything over 150M for a tiny company with the issues this one has had is way too many.lol My view may seem overly conservative to you but it is only based on my experience as a very frequent trader since 1982 when I first started with stocks almost 30 years. Keep in mind the stock has been diluted over 80% since 2007 and the outlook is not much different imo and the fundamentals are even sketchy until they are audited, due to some previous PRs
Anything over 150M imo is worrisome when a company has a ton of debt and declining sales for several years and with a declining SP matched with an ever increasing dilution picture.
