The fun part that many will miss is that if 50% of MNTA's revenue had not been spent to repay prior costs, it would have added about 96 cents.

We now know that only $35.2M was owed and it was entirely repaid in 3Q.

Thus, the repayment is 76 cents ps not the higher number I used.

Without knowing what the total reimbursement that Momenta had to pay Sandoz (nowhere close to the previously estimated $60 mil) we now don't now what the total net profit percentage is.

For example if Momenta's liability was in the $25 mil. range the COGS number plus expenses would be in the mid to upper 40% range instead of your 33% projection.

It'll take another quarter or so to really determine the final answers.
