The Market Makers can play there stupid games and keep ICOA from gaining momentum but I will take advantage of it. ITs quite obvious they are holding this back by exchanging shares with each other
I have a 10 million share order in at .0004 and a 10 million at .0003.
If there stupid enough to give it to me then I will take the cheap shares.
