jimstock, you incessantly post that ARSC got funding. What YOU (and ARSC) call funding and what 99.99% of what others call funding are two different things. ARSC sold shares for money. THAT is NOT FUNDING!!!

You skirt the REAL issues here, jimstock. Have you even bothered to find out if that FC was sold or given away? If it wasn't sold, it doesn't mean jackchit! Capiche?

And if it was sold, why are they not filling their supposed $21M order first?
