I was on the phone with Etrade yesterday for 45 minutes and they finally forwarded me to a guy with some answers. He was surprised NITE and a few others had shares and told me if I wanted to sell now I would have to short as the shares are not available to them right now and they won't have them for a few days up to 2 weeks from yesterday.
