If that was so, ARSC would have gone into production 3.5 years ago, like their PR back then stated would happen within 30 days. Still waiting to see the divi they 'promised' 1.5 years ago also, that was supposed to be issued 'within 60 days'.
Promises! LMFAO!
FWIW, I was 'promised' by Bob F. that the o/s would not go over 260M. People invested on ARSC promises, and all have lost money, other than the smart ones who flipped quickly.
