At some point the 505 and 506 investments will cease and the 504s shall begin... It really looks like to me they will go all out ans small wind turbine revolution is stalled in this poor ecomony.

Energy prices have to go much higher, or government subsidies much greater for ordinary households to get really intereset in putting solar panels and/or a small wind turbine on thier roofs. Nevermind many households are just plain old tapped out...
