Anyone notice that when anyone reports back here about speaking to Richard on the phone.......Richard ALWAYS responds with he is getting called by someone else RIGHT THEN AND THERE? Either Jeremy is claling him, please hold on.....or Rene is calling him, please hold on. Maybe it's hi sway of getting you off the phone and he knows we'll be polite and accomodate that.
