When I posted the scam alert web article and the fact the JM name had turned up in an investigation on stock improprieties, everyone called me a basher. Clearly, I was right the entire time. Well not just me, all you have to do is read all the 8 and 10k's and how he merges companies, starts new ones and uses shares of one to pay off shares of another and then states that he has loaned the company money so he can collect it back from the new company because the old company stock is worthless. At least here he is actually selling products and does have a sales force. But posting a million dollar profit on 40k worth of sales, is definitely creative accounting. But still the triplets accused me of bashing and defaming the character of the CEO. As if there is this big corporate hierarchy. There is no one else, JM is the CEO, board of directors and there is dolores the part time secretary, another full time employee, plus one that was recently let go and a couple of folks that are supposed to be pushing the product on an outside sales basis.
