The SEC filings you've referred to are over a YEAR old. That is, what is posted on the SEC website. I am not aware of more current ones.
I believe the partnership with Sonic, although real, was going on for some time prior to the official PR. What has transpired since.....well not much it seems if they can't afford to pay the phone bill.
I don't think anyone has bought the technology, although the affiliations with all those major carriers (Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Alltel, etc....etc) ARE quite valuable. Seems to me like Seifert (CEO) has just given up. Having been a shareholder for over four years (and displaying my supreme ignorance by stating as much).....I think they've simply run out of money and out of folks that will lend them any more. I mean, trading at or about a penny, who's going to finance them?
