You are absolutely correct......the two Department of Defense links you posted are functioning just fine. The referenced link (http://www.uvumobile.com/tpc) that does not work, at least for me, is the UVUM link contained in the PR. Nor does any other link/website associated with the company, nor the phone number, nor the fax number, etc...etc. That was my point
