It's true in general term. However, in pharma/biotech, you can't go by reputation alone, you have to look each case (drug) by itself. Everyone makes mistake, big and small all the time, it's just nature of the business. There are so many examples of reputable companies screwed up badly in some cases.

In this case, Teva has been less forth coming. Something is not right. My attitude is not to give them benefit of doubt in this type of situation (apply to all of my pharma/biotech investment). They have to prove their case to me. Teva hasn't done that.
