No it is a value stock, I figure that the cost of the inventory write off is at most $3/share downgradin their book (after taking out goodwill) to about $21/share, it is no selling at 30% of book, a value stock. Once the economy picks up, cobalt prices will increase again, and while I don't know how much they are going to dump ere at distress vales, they may still have enough to recoup some of that $100 MM of cobalt write off.
