The Company has been likely advised by there Attorney to remain silent until they have completed the consolidated financials, converted debt, and are ready to file with pink sheets and FINRA. Thus the delays and lack of news and investor communication.
The good news is this deal will be completed and will never go back to Jeff Berkowitz, just ask him. IMO, the financials should be done in a week or two and we will likely start to see new materials on there website for market consumption also within the coming weeks.
Once the Company files with Pinksheets, they should be cleared for shareholder communication. I am positive management is as anxious as we are to share there story and business plan, and to increase liquiduty and stock price. PI has spent a great deal of time and money on this transaction, so being meticulous and cautious is understandable. Given the long and complex history of the CCAJ shell, I am certain there Attorney is performing an exhaustive and comprehensive review which takes time.
We know PI has several high profile projects in the works and many are watching. At this phase, management must execute with surgical precision. All we need to do is patiently wait and reap the rewards of there hard work.
