That date I threw out is when the Phase II project is scheduled to end. To be very, very conservative I chose that date for the Phase III to initiate but you are right, Phase III could come much sooner than that. AFT seems to be accelerating quickly on that SBIR so who knows, maybe they'll hit phase III in 2011.
