Investors are paying the mortgage at 3200 W. Valhalla Drive in Burbank, CA 91505.....Dean ends up owning the building. I wonder how much profit Dean pockets from the rental income? Big conflict of interest here as Dean did not negotiate the rent or salaries paid by IMGG at arms length.
