Yeah, the dilution has been ongoing for a couple of years or so, maybe more. I was in this stock a year ago, and did see it rise (momentarily before a big selloff) of a little over 4 dollars. The problem with HEB is that they never get the FDA approval they so desperately need to get Ampligen on the market. If they do, though, this stock will rise significantly. But after having spent a long time with stock, and seeing the FDA constantly dragging their feet (maybe with the encouragement of big pharmas) I got out.
