There are 10M prefered shares that make up a large portion of the "70% ownership".

The float is most likely quite large. Laidlaw has not explained this to this point. It will become clear with uplisting. Transparency will do amazing things for this stock.

I based the 70% applying to the 3B on the following statement:

"Insider Ownership: Management owns approximately 70% of the Company's equity securities on a fully diluted basis"

For what it is worth, & I don't base much on this, but Google Finance shows the outstanding shares at 300.09M. Feel free to draw your own conclusions. I'm an enginerd, not a trader guy.

Regardless, I'm just a little guy in this pond, but bigger than I was in Wal-Mart, back when I had some of that. ;-)
