In Brugger’s case, I cannot identify a plausible covert rationale for the departure, and hence it seems likely that Brugger simply wants to be a CEO.
with the teva application being the most consequential item holding the stock down there is certainly nothing of huge consequence that he may know about that led him to leave
i do wonder if he was out of favor since he was around when the original enox deal was struck which in hindsight seems like a pretty crappy deal (i did note he worked at NVS in the past so presumably he was involved in the sandoz deal but i could be wrong) anway just idle speculation
