When there is electronic trading ie AMEX, NYSE then MMs are suppose to play by the rules. Cannot trade above or below the posted electronic quotes. Gives shareholders a more fair chance although MMs are known to play their games even there.

seems like they manipulate to their gain and buy 5000 shares at a time and sell 5000 shares for .oo1 gain!!??
