A clinical trial would seem to be well worth it if they could get substitutability. If not, I agree with you that it seems unlikely that Sandoz would pursue it.

Lovenox knockoffs already exist in some major countries (e.g. India)

Dew, is there any data on the efficacy and safety of this knockoff. I would like to understand what was the regulatory bar set in India to allow a generic Lovenox.
