Big apple is an Investor relation firm involved with many microcap stocks that explode one day then dilute down to nothing the next. They were finally caught by the SEC and now are under investigation for selling restricted securities illegally (allegedly). CLDR dumped Big Apple in July. Big Apple dumped 450M restricted shares during the sept run causing the PPS to plummet to the trips again.
CLDR is involved in a somewhat new technology called cloud computing. It is starting to become a technology more suited to cell phones with 3G and 4G.
The media is now starting to fully report on it and is becoming the new buzz word in IT world.
Some smaller companies are being bought up by names such as Google, Microsoft, and now apple is looking to invest more time and money into it. While I believe that CLDR is not an immediate candidate for this it is investing into cloud technolgy with its vmobile and enablets.
