Don't forget, the Debtors want everyone to believe that L > A... some will sell because they took or will take the bait. If you were Rosen / JPM... what would you say in open court?... right... "equity is out of the money"... if you are equity and have been following the case, we know there are assets that Rosen has not included in the DS.
