It is chicken and egg. GBOE have to come up with the money to buy Magna. To come up with the money they need the share price to increase so that they can sell enough shares to raise this money. If they were able to do this then they can go looking for the $20M. In my opinion the share price will drop quickly after the R/S possibly back to 0.0001 and that will finish GBOE
