Yeah ECEC is an interesting play. They recently just brought all of thier filings up to date. For several years. Super clean shell. The AS is 1.5 bill. however the float is 49,000,000. When you watch level II on it. 5000 shares moves it about .0030 tics. So already its a FLD play. The company is paying for free Level II on Pinksheets too. Everyone is just waiting for the 8K after the updated filings. It's going to be explosive as long as none of the AS hit the street. AIMHO
