Here is my logic on why GBOE will NOT raise $20m. The main people behind GBOE are David Otto and Clayton Shelver. In 2007 they raised more than $20M for SARS that money quickly disappeared in fees and salaries leaving no money to develop SARS and many disillusioned and angry investors. IMO the same thing will happen with GBOE. I am one of those investors and I intend to make as many people aware as possible.
