Forgive the tone...forget uplisting for at leat 6 month or ever...That is usually a stink sheet stock ploy to hold investors in place...This company simply needs to perform and even informal reports of the performance will move it nicely...Over a dime or more than we shall see uplist talk be more meaninful...JMHO
