If your kid goes down to the store and shoplifts, you as the parent can not be held liable for their crime. If you had no knowledge of the actions of your child, they can not put you in jail because your child stole something.



I understand your point. Its your child. You raised your child. You should be 100% responible for your child. at least until 21.

Your child also got all the benefits of living with you until 21. So, if you're corrupt, your child still benefits--- Like it or not.

Because Adam Stroschak of WGM used the veil arguement for us, in a sense, today, does that then mean the bondholders might be more likely to have to go to FDIC and JPMC with their hands out?

Except in California.
If your child starts a fire here and it burns down houses, The parents can be responsible.
