Again, Divies should go out and the financials should be completed. The reason they are not, IMO is that they can barely keep the lights on. If you cannot afford to pay the auditor or the accountant, then they do not do them.

And again! Just ask the CEO to stop using Soon & Probably. Use the words DONE, COMPLETED, FINISHED with regards to the divies and financials.
