ill take a stab at it.Im not a pro but I have seen sales of mines.
basicly it pretty much depends on ammount of gold, concentrations, accessability
ammount being the area of land that has minable gold
concentrations,,oz.grams,per ton or lesser ppb
access is ease of mining

get all data,,do the math then you have idea of worth of mine and shares
just my opinion

Well did ever here about a company called dia-met.
the stock was trading around .25 cents and I had it.
and it was a buyout WoW
...things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
BHP Ltd has made a friendly takeover offer for Dia Met Minerals Ltd of Canada, its main partner on the Ekati[TM] diamond mine in the Northwest Territories. The offer values the whole of Dia Met at C$687 million and, if successful, would raise the Australian company's interest in Ekati[TM] from 51% to 80%. The offer comprises C$21.00/share in cash for each class `A' or class `B' share, and compares with a closing price of C$19.50/share of class `A' last Friday (March 30), the last trading day before the announcement.
so don't tell me this can't happen. it has before.
Jack black,
P.S. Just how it's
have a nice weekend
