The other company is Restivo or KMart. They see the potential of Grandmama and want to be involved in the early stages. And what I mean by that is they are putting up the $$$$$$$ to get it up and running. Hence why diluting SS is not necessary for now or even in 2011 to fund operations. Loans are being made to HFBG; it's just not public knowledge yet. But it may be in Q3 or 4 jmo.
