I agree. The problem to most people that have played pennies for years is that when a share structure like this is in play and the stock is priced this low, it is impossible for the company sell small amounts of shares to fund the launches and pay bills. That usually means further large chunks of dilution or R/S. Everyone knows it and that is why we are again at .0004 today.
