It's really promising IMO that the OS is being tampered with. I think a PR tomorrow after the bell about name change and new share price, kind of like an IPO thing.

HESG has a Significant Amount of Fails to Deliver as shown on my copy and paste from Pinksheets.com. I really believe I will experience my first $$MOASS$$. With the pending news coming before Nov. 2 according to Twitter from Tom Gaffney we are now only 8 trading days until we know for certain if Prop 19 passes (leading in the polls and the minds of rational people everywhere). In addition, new FINRA law says MM's have to clear short before end of October. I believe they will be clearing before that. Good Luck To All!!
