What they invested on good faith. This guy is a fraud from day one. I will post here daily DO NOT BUY on this board as he gave me no shares and told me I would get 100 shares like the announcement said. This is a scam.

Also the shares if reversed on a 100,000 to 1 would be $10.00 a share not .25 cents a share. Davenport better be watching his back (blind side). There are a lot of furious people out there who took him at his word. He is in for a world of litigation that hopefully will prevent him from ever doing this type of business again.

The good thing about any lawsuit is it provides a trail. Maybe we dont recover anything...Maybe the next time he screws a group of people he is sitting next to Madoff getting beat up until he gets put in Segregation to protect him. If anyone has no real grip with this world, and would prefer moving on possibly we can just make JD an afterthought........
