Pasha, I think you've hit the nail on the head. Some on this board have gone MAD!!!! LMAO.....

We are in a better position today than we were 6 weeks ago. We see the filings that happened on October 12th, which make it official that Dean Bradley is not in control any longer.

I think we have a leadership team in place that knows that good things take time to make happen. We are not getting fluffy PR's any longer. But, we can tell by filings that things are happening.

I am still happily adding to my position each week. I understand that this is not a pump and dump pinkie scam. But, it is a small but hopeful company that will grow itself as time goes by.

We may not even know about the good things happening until well after they occur. Because it seems that we have leadership that isn't going to lead us astray with unreal expectations.

All the negative talk on this board is just an interesting way to pass the time while our company is getting things done. At least that's the way that I prefer to look at it!

I got involved heavily 2 weeks ago because I had someone send me incriminating evidence against Dean. I drove to Florida on my time and gas, spent a day of my life to meet him. Do you want the stock to get halted or would you rather Dean go away? I chose trying to get him to step down before the person that sent me the info went to the proper authorities. I doubt he will stay silent much longer and I don't blame him. It is disgusting what has gone on and while I understand you want to be mad at someone, direct it at Dean because he is the one responsible for EVERYTHING here.

You can't be serious? Dean has broken the law, FACT. He did nothing wrong with me other than maxing the AS so I can't convert if I wanted to. That has nothing to do with what Verity and others have on him. Dean believes he can make this all go away if he gets funding, but that is just not true. I tried to apply pressure so Dean would just go away because to release all the info would be disastrous to the company's future. Make no mistake, too many people have the goods on Dean and it only takes one to give the evidence to the proper authorities. It won't be me, but I know others are going to take Dean to task if he stays.
I said earlier I would post no more but felt a few things needed cleared up.

Dean used shares to raise cash. I have a stock cert that is worthless at this point. 100k converted into 10 mil shares at this pps is 15k, lol. Tax write off. My point was I can't dump if I wanted to because Dean has everything screwed up. He owes alot of shares to people in the same boat as myself. Understand, I knew the risks and have stated that all along.

From all accounts I have heard, I highly doubt it. He is scrambling to keep the doors open, so if he had $2 mil, he wouldn't be desperate, imo. He asked me to help him with payroll about a month ago, he said he needed $75k to keep the bills paid. I refused at that time because I did not believe he would ever be able to pay me back. He was 4 weeks behind in payroll and was still trying to get caught up. He is behind in rent, taxes, etc.

If you think this is so easy, make the trip to Jacksonville and do it yourself. You don't just walk in and blow the place up, there are many legal issues involved in removing Dean. If he chooses not to go, then imo, Quasar will not survive. Even if Dean were to get funded, the lawsuits and legal ramifications would most likely kill it. Verity has given his time freely and so have I and many others in trying to clean this mess up before the shxx hits the fan, but Dean day is here.
Quasar is broke, Dean is broke because he has no more paper to push, and his options are dwindling daily to keep the doors open. Dean and only Dean has brought this on himself, and unfortunately, on all of us shareholders. I defended his sorry rear but the more I learn, the more I am appalled at his tyrannical actions.
