I wonder if MNTA paid off the debt in ONE quarter?

Looks close using the $292M.

Adjusting for channel fill, I get $190-200M RR sales. That says RR annual is $950M-$1B, still think using $1.2B is a fairly good number for the next four quarters of sales but could be low by $240M.
