With about 300 million in sales, we can make up some scenarios:

10% is profit: 30 million net profit, of which NVS can take 15 for reimbursement, leaving 6.75 million to MNTA (.45 * 15).

20% profit: 60 million net, NVS takes 30 for reimbursement and MNTA gets 13.5

30% profit: 90 million net, NVS takes 45 for reimbursement and MNTA gets 20.25

40% profit: 120 million net, NVS takes 60 for reimbursement and MNTA gets 27

50% profit: 150 million net, NVS takes 60 for reimbursement (chose assumption for max reimbursement) and MNTA gets 40.5

60% profit: 180 million net, NVS takes 60 for reimbursement and MNTA gets 54.
