Well web, keep in mind that the judge does not make it personal when making decisions and will care less of how incompetent former mgmt turned out to be. Not to mention the possibility out there that cetain parties may have colluded to prevent the mill from getting up to full speed.

No. The only thing that matters at this point is if assets are found to be sufficient and the eng's can make the mill run properly. If so, we are going to be fine and in fact, probably far better of than we were pre BK.

I blame that $100m loan that fell through at the last minute.
IMO CPRK without the (Q) would be just fine, if that would have went through. (I did read that was a real deal)

Just needed to blame someone, i feel better now. LOL

P.S. hope your wrong about that after six, before eight thing.

Chapter 11 could result in zero return

Chapter 7 happening at this point is pretty much a zero possibility. The law is clearly with CPRKQ and anybody that understands BK law knows it. This is a fact and anybody who disputes it is definitely ignorant of the USA BK law.

The more important point is that Chapter 11 does not in any way shape or form guarantee that the share holders will see any value from it.

It you had stated that in your post instead of harping on Chapter 7 (which is a dead horse) I would agree with you.
