just a quick calculation shows how much $$ welch has ripped off by selling $.0001 shares

10 million shrs = $1000

100 million = $10,000

1 billion = $100,000

enough for a lovely bahama lifestyle at the expense of the people who bought his pr's and promised cash divvy

now multiply that by the # of a/s in all his scams

it boggles the mind

and soon, i hope, the sec will make a believer out of welch and his promoters
