To quote you, "of course we all knew there was going to be time needed to tweak this mill to produce different ore bodies and I am sure they were well aware it would take some highly experienced mining engineers to get the job done."
This is not what was pitched to investors. I was told the mill was good to go, and profits would start flowing within weeks of the mills first grand opening. Was this a miscalculation, or fraud. I don't know for sure, but the more I get into it the more I favor the latter. Their are two options here. They knew the mill didn't work and lied to bring in investors dollars hoping they could work out the bugs, or they are complete idiots, really thought it would work, and were shocked when it didn't.
Either way, they neglected and misled investors. I hope those responsible are held accountable legally.
I still say Chapter 7 is coming. Just a matter of when. Watch.
