Hi Johnny,

Welcome to the board. I'm not familiar with Mr. Flannery's past or if he is currently involved with any companies other than Titan Energy.

Mr. Flannery holds almost 3 million shares of Titan. As far as I can find he hasn't sold any shares since acquiring them.
Insiders hold a total of almost 8 million shares, almost 1/3 of the current O/S. The only sales I can find are for about 80,000 shares from someone no longer with the company.

The Outstanding shares have increased during this year to 26,460,810(from the most recent 10Q). I assume this is due to expenses from acquistions & growing the business. This is my opinion I could be wrong.

As far as dilution; they are authorized to issue up to 1.9 billion shares. If they wanted to dilute I think we would have seen a much higher O/S by now.(again my opinion)

If you have questions you should contact the company directly. I have emailed them several times & They have responded fairly quickly to most of my questions.

Please do your DD on Titan & post whatever you come up with here, both positive or negative. I'm interested in any information you find on Titan Energy. Good luck.
