The co. will not R/S. that would be insane after shelling out a 6-1 dividend. (although as Smart kids there was an R/S followed by a stock buy back the following month.) And even though...What if they did? the float is already small! how much can you R/S a small float anyways and keep the pps next to the cellar? geesh! go home with the R/S bull already!

Buggin out? Small float, no R/S, no need. I see rebound soon. Question to ask is, possible dillution? Doing more DD here, as chart speaks wild on the cross.
