Fraudulent? When I go to remotedynamics.com it re-directs me to the Telogis website. Maybe you've been misinformed? Try it yourself.... www.remotedynamics.com

I'm not sure what to think about RMTD's stock. I have owned a couple of .0001 stocks that did go up to a half a cent. Maybe they will develope a technology better than RediView. Apparently they're not a fake company... They developed a marketable product. I hope they get it back in gear.

Nope it is not a scam...Remote Dynamics was purchased by Telogis. This article was on trading markets. This logo on this message board do not know if it was fake.

Jul 02, 2010 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Location intelligence company Telogis Inc stated on Friday the completion of the acquisition of the assets of Remote Dynamics Inc (NASDAQ: RDYM | PowerRating) (OTCBB:RDYM) for an undisclosed value.
This acquisition will further expand Telogis' footprint into the valuable construction and heavy lifting sectors.
In return, the Telogis product line will provide Remote Dynamics' customers with a strong suite of tools to increase the efficiency and profitability of their mobile assets.
The acquisition will integrate Dynamics Inc's established product set into Telogis' existing suite of solutions.
