Of course, but the part you are missing was that:
1. I was saying that when Citigroup was increasing yesterday (around 4.18-4.19).
2. A couple of days before (we closed the previous day at 3.95, and I think we opened at 3.99), I predicted it would go on a mini-run, and that I think it might reach $4.20 (and sell at around $4.20).
So, I was predicting we'd see $4.00, after a mini-run to $4.20 (a day or two ago), and when it bounced around and reached $4.19 yesterday (which was green at that time).
You need to put my statements into context, before trying to mock them.
EDIT: Also, don't forget my sell at $4.29 (which I announced here), when we reached the $4.30 high - $4.30 was a lot closer to $4.50.
In other words, I've been convinced for a while, that we won't see $4.50. In fact, I don't think we'll see it this year (go read all my other posts).
