Yes, the market is saying otherwise. I only buy stocks which the market is saying otherwise. How else are you supposed to make a profit unless the market is mispricing something?

What did the "the market say" when UVE was at .04 which has paid multiple dollars of cash dividends since?

Depends on how you interpret the "market".

Considering that most people would consider JBII to still be in the development stage, the market is being pretty tolerant of JBII.

The real market evaluation of JBII will come once they go into production. That should occur in the next several weeks.

If that doesn't happen, then we shall see how the market reacts.
