Some more good news would help our post split gains today, but
a little worried the Raskin passing and the record companies
testing the waters for a price increase could tilt the playing field.

I can see Jobs coming to tell everyone that they are going raise song prices on X date and then everyone going out to buy every song they ever wanted by X date.

I think not...
They are just flat out piggy and seeing what they can get away with. Go ahead and alienate the 3% of the market that's trying to be honest and see what it gets you.
It must really stick in their craw that Apple is making such a success of this, rather than capitalizing on how cool digital music is, they will now further alienate not only the artists but the fans and loyal customers, as well.
